Melissa Eggen receives prize for outstanding dissertation
Melissa Eggen, PhD, MPH, is the winner of the John M. Houchens Prize, which honors a former registrar of the University of Louisville and is awarded by UofL's Graduate School to the doctoral student who presents the most meritorious dissertation for the current commencement.
Reducing The Impact of Chronic Stress Among LGBTQ+ Youth
Dr. Ryan Combs was awarded a $250,000 grant from the Jewish Heritage Fund for Excellence to plan and implement an evidence-based, trauma and resilience education curriculum for healthcare providers and trainees to improve health outcomes for LGBTQ+ adolescents.
