Our faculty, staff and students recognize the importance of research as one of the three traditional missions of higher education and as a means of protecting and improving the public’s health. We create knowledge by seeking new discoveries and understanding through scientific exploration.

Contact

Our Research Office exists to assist in the preparation, review and submission of research proposals, the management of ongoing awards and contracts and to support the conduct of research activities. The office is the primary point of contact with the UofL Office of the Senior Vice President for Research, which oversees the Office of Sponsored Programs Administration and the Research Integrity and Human Subjects Protection Programs.
